The MyForexFunds (MFF) brand has entered a new phase following its acquisition by Global Solutions Operations FZE, a United Arab Emirates-based company.
The transaction transfers ownership of the MyForexFunds brand and its associated digital assets to Global Solutions. However, the acquisition does not transfer the historical liabilities or obligations of Traders Global Group Inc., the company that previously operated MyForexFunds.
For traders, this distinction is important.
What Has Been Acquired?
According to the official announcement, Global Solutions Operations FZE acquired the MyForexFunds brand from Traders Global Group Inc. The transaction became effective on August 1, 2026. It includes:
- The MyForexFunds and MFF trademarks
- Logos and brand assets
- The myforexfunds.com domain
- Associated websites
- Official social media accounts
The financial terms of the transaction have not been publicly disclosed.
What Has Not Been Transferred?
Global Solutions is a separate entity from Traders Global and has not assumed Traders Global's historical liabilities or obligations. The acquisition concerns the brand and its digital assets — not the prior operating company's commitments.
What Happens to the Discretionary Rewards Program?
Traders Global remains responsible for the discretionary rewards program concerning traders affected by the August 2023 interruption. Global Solutions has been engaged under a services agreement to administer the remaining phases of that program on behalf of Traders Global. Decisions concerning the program remain under Traders Global's authority.
What Should Traders With Pending Cases Do?
Traders with existing submissions should continue using the existing communication and submission channels. No new submission process has been announced as a result of the acquisition.
Is MyForexFunds Operating Again?
Not at this stage. Global Solutions is currently not offering products or services under the MyForexFunds brand. The official MyForexFunds website currently displays a countdown ending October 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT.
Global Solutions has stated that discussions are underway with members of the original MyForexFunds operations team regarding potentially joining the new organization.
Why This Matters for the Prop Trading Industry
MyForexFunds was one of the most widely recognised names in proprietary trading before the August 2023 interruption. A change in brand ownership — separated from historical liabilities — illustrates why traders should always look beyond a brand name and verify the legal entity actually operating a program. Independent references such as the IFTC Prop Firm Registry can help with that verification.
IFTC Perspective
IFTC considers this acquisition significant for the proprietary trading industry. However, it is currently premature to assess any future MyForexFunds operation.
Acquiring a brand does not automatically determine the legal structure, program rules, payout conditions or trader protections of any future operation.
If MyForexFunds resumes commercial operations, IFTC will review publicly available information regarding:
- The operating / legal entity
- Trader agreements
- Program rules
- Payout structure
- Complaint procedures
IFTC will also continue monitoring developments regarding traders affected by the August 2023 interruption and the discretionary rewards program.
An important announcement from MyForexFunds is currently expected on October 12, 2026. IFTC will continue monitoring official communications and update its coverage as further verified information becomes available.
